UPS has set up upsers.com as the self-service portal for its employees, whom the company calls UPSers. New users can register on this portal to access several of the company’s services, including viewing and managing timecards, personal profile, benefits, pay and pay stubs, shifts, and a lot more.
The registration process is fairly easy and can be completed in a few steps mentioned here.
Registering On Upsers.com
Please note, you will need your PIN and employee ID number to complete your registration. If you don’t have your employee ID number, speak to your supervisor or manager. If you don’t have the PIN it can be generated online.
- Visit the upsers.com homepage.
- As the page opens, you will see the “UPSers Log In” button. Click on this button.
- This will take you to a new page. Enter your employee ID in the format of EmployeeID Number@ups.com.
- At the next screen, you will enter your PIN. Please note, the PIN is case sensitive and should be entered carefully.
- Your first login is complete. You will be asked to set a new password immediately.
- Set your new password as well as security questions and answers.
- Provide an email address.
- You will also be asked to set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to better secure your account.
Once these steps are done, your registration on upsers.com is complete. You can login to the portal through your employeeID and password. The chosen MFA method is important too and will be utilized for every login.
The PIN is only used once. It will not be used for any subsequent login.
What Can You Do If You Don’t Have A PIN?
A PIN is required for first time login/registration on upsers.com. You should receive the PIN soon after you’re hired. However, you can generate a new pin.

- Scroll down to the section titled “New User PIN”
- Follow the listed prompts to complete the form and receive a pin.
The PIN is only used for registration. It will not be used for any subsequent login.
