Steps To Register A New Account At UPSers.com

  • Visit upsers.com
  • Choose a language if asked. 
  • Click on the “Log In” button.
  • Enter your employee ID in the format of employeeID@ups.com
  • Enter your PIN. This is case-sensitive and should be entered carefully. Usually, it is in the form of all lower case letters, but check your PIN to be sure. In case you don’t have a PIN, skip to the next section.
  • Click on the “Sign In” button.
  • As a new screen opens, you will be informed that your password is expired. Click on “Change Password Here”.
    This message is expected. Since this is your first login, the pin must be replaced with a password entered by the user.
  • Set your new password according to the terms mentioned on the page. Make sure you remember or note this password.
  • Set the challenge questions and answers. These will be useful if you have lost the password and need a new one. They might also be used for other security purposes.

How To A Generate A New PIN For UPSers Registration

  • Scroll down this page until you reach the section “New User PIN”
  • Under this section, click on the dropdown and select the region of your work. 
  • The form can change depending on the region or role, though will assume U.S. for the purpose of this guide.
  • Click on the next drop down to choose the employee type relevant to you. For this guide, we will assume UPSer.
  • Pick your GEMS date from the dropdown. In case you don’t know the GEMS date, you should consult your supervisor or manager at work.
  • You will be asked to enter your last name and employee ID. Depending on the GEMS date, you might also be asked your birth year.
  • Once the information is entered, you should have your PIN available on the screen. Copy or note this PIN and complete your user registration.

Password Reset Or Forgot UPSers.com Password

Now that we’ve login and registration covered, let’s see how you can recover a lost password for your UPSers self-serve account. Recovering a lost password on UPSers can be a little tricky.

While most organizations offer password recovery at the login screen, it can be a little tricky to manage that for UPSers. Basically, UPS uses a Microsoft login for UPSers.com. And the password recovery there isn’t very smooth.

As a security measure, the system doesn’t allow more than three failed attempts at password reset. If you cannot enter the right user ID or complete verification three times, the account will be temporarily locked.
